Thursday, 12th June | 12:00pm (noon) – 1:00pm | On-site at Kelvin Court, Great Western Road, G12 0AB
**Please note that the CPD will involve climbing scaffolding, being at height and will require you to have site-approved PPE (hard hat, high vis jacket and site boots).**
This CPD offers a training opportunity for built heritage professionals to view the repair works currently underway at the Category B-listed Kelvin Court.
Built in the 1930s with a distinctive brick design and reinforced concrete frame, the apartment block is quite a unique building-type for Glasgow. However, the building is now in need of significant repairs, in particular with its concrete substructure. CPD participants will get to see the works in-situ and learn more about repairing concrete in historic buildings.
